Sara has over 20 years of experience and brings organizational, learning, and talent enablement solutions to diverse industries, partnering with individual leaders, teams, departments, divisions, and the enterprise as needed. Sara utilizes her leadership experience to identify, design, launch, and implement in all talent management and organizational areas, to drive and strengthen company market position, revenue growth, and long-term sustainability.

Sara's services includes a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities, a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. Sara offers Talent Development & Learning Program consulting, as a way to help corporations rethink current processes for the entire employee experience from hire to retire (onboarding to offboarding).
