History
Crescendo Learning Solutions was founded in 2021, the year continuing with the pandemic. Sara wanted to create her own business in a way to “give-back” and serve others in a unique way. Sara's personal brand promise, “I am consistently committed to inspiring & serving others – to be authentic always, to live an integrated life”. Sara is committed to bringing her “best self” to anyone she is working with, and inspiring him/her/them to bring their “best-self”, and creating a safe space where nourishment can occur including: reflecting, learning, thinking, and innovating.
Partnership
Crescendo Learning Solutions will partner with employees/teams/leadership who work in a corporate setting (small, mid-size, and large companies), as well as not-for-profit, non-profit organizations, schools, and other associations. CLS will work with you to assess talent gaps (build strategies & solutions to reduce the talent gaps), identify key succession roles, and talent review processes.
